Business Cost Reduction

With an increased workload and spiraling costs, I really needed to take a firmer grip on my business and take control of operations that were quickly becoming unmanageable.

After a few weeks of restructuring and optimising, operations were running much smoother, with a reduction in costs and a much more economic outlook on efficiency.
