I wanted to take part in something new and exciting for my latest fitness kick, it was then that I found Pilates SW18 via their website at icefitness.co.uk.

ICE (Integrated Core Exercise) Fitness of Wandsworth, Greater London, are now offering some superb Pilates master classes for those who were in the position I once was. Having taken on a personal trainer with them originally, I was compelled to find out more and be a bit more outgoing now that I’d got myself into shape. I joined a class of six for Pilates matwork and have been enjoying it ever since, I can’t imagine my life without Pilates now.

It really is great for keeping a healthy body, as well as a healthy mind, and ICE also offer Pilates equipment on a one-to-one training basis, though, with the confidence they’ve given me since I joined, I now much prefer exercising and socialising at the same time.

I would recommend ICE Fitness’ services to anybody, as I already have with a few friends and family; they now love it almost as much as I do!
