Swiss Food

A friend had bought me some of my absolute favourite biscuits from Switzerland for my birthday, after she’d known I’d fallen for them on a holiday to Basel. She told me that she’d been able to find them on a cracking website called Essentially German.

The site specialised in German, Austrian and Swiss food and drink, importing some of the awesome delicacies I remembered from my trip.

I added loads to my shopping cart and placed my order, pleasantly surprised at the price, which I was assuming would be astronomical. My precious Swiss food was with me within days.

Unfortunately it didn’t last too long, as it had been a while since I’d had a lot of them, and I thought it only right to reacquaint myself with their delicious flavours. I’ve been back several times since, and still thank my friend today for showing me this awesome website.
